Teenbook-Amaze Jams

TeenBook-Amaze Jams

Teenbook-Amaze Jams are creative workshops held at colleges across India that invite young adults to actively participate in shaping Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) content. These sessions give students a platform to brainstorm new contentideas that reflect their own experiences, culture, and needs.

Our goal

The main objective of Teenbook-AmazeJams is to involve young people in the process of creating content in generating new, culturally relevant ideas for life skills and sexuality education content that speaks to their needs as adolescents and young adults. These videos will focus on issues unique to India, making sexuality education more inclusive, relatable, and effective.

How do jams work?

Each Jam follows a simple and engaging process designed to encourage participation and creativity:

  • Watch TeenBook’s current content: Participants watch selected animated videos that explain important CSE topics in an accessible and relatable way.
  • Group Discussions: After viewing, groups discuss their thoughts, share personal reactions, and identify gaps or missing topics in current life skills and sexuality education.
  • Co-Creation: Students work in teams to brainstorm and pitch fresh video ideas that address issues relevant to Indian youth and similar cultural contexts.

How can colleges and institutes take part?
